5 Ways To Make Easter Extra Special For You And Your Loved Ones

How do you make the resurrection a memorable day for your loved ones? Yes, we actually want to know.

For Christians, Christ’s sacrifice is the greatest gift in life, and the turning point for mankind and it is observed in most religious practices.

When it comes to making this day extra special, there are certain things you can do. After God, the most important people in your life are you and those you consider loved ones. Here are some ideas on how to share and show your love in light of the Risen Christ.

Eat out

You can skip the cooking and cleaning and go straight to the feasting. Hey, we like a home-cooked festive meal as much as the next person. However, it can be “a lot” given the day and other things that have to be done. So surprise them with a meal at a nice restaurant after Church so you can all have a relaxing day.

Order in

If eating at home sounds better, order a catering service to serve everyone. The expenses may not stretch your budget too much and everyone can focus on enjoying themselves without worrying about that particular aspect of the day.

Everyone makes a dish

Suggest a get-together and assign a dish for each person. Instead of eating from one person, each guest can come with a contribution. It doesn’t have to be restricted to food, it can be anything that you see fit. How do you like the sound of “Who made this? It is so good.” Everyone gets a compliment and gets the satisfaction of participating.

It can also be a start of an Easter tradition.

Theme surprises

In line with the day, you can gift yourself or your loved ones. It can be a symbol of the rebirth of Christ or one of the principles connected to that person’s life. It can also be a time to celebrate your loved ones and congratulate them on any details in their lives.

Share with non-Christians

Stretch your wings and share the joy and feast. However, don’t use this opportunity to spread the gospel, that can be for another day. Simply enjoy the day with those you encounter or choose and let it be just that.

*No one has to know this* but having someone of a different faith may help you enjoy your day even more as you show off your joy.
