Thousands of supporters gathered at Port Harcourt International Airport, Omagwa, to welcome Governor Siminalayi Fubara after the lifting of the six-month emergency rule in Rivers State.
The crowd included former commissioners, local government chairpersons, and members of various supporters’ groups.
Dressed in colorful attire, they sang, danced, and displayed banners, celebrating the governor’s return and the resumption of democratic governance in the state.
