Nigerian Wrestlers Reuben Hannah secured gold in the 76KG category, Ogunsanya Christiana triumphed in the 53KG division, and Genesis Miesinnei emerged victorious in the 50KG weight class. Additionally, Oburududu Blessing claimed gold in the 68KG category, Kolawole Esther in the 62KG, and Odunayo Adekuoroye in the 57KG.
This outstanding performance propelled Nigeria to the top of the wrestling rankings. Their achievement is particularly remarkable considering the limited preparation they had leading up to the event in Ghana.
