Speaking to the media afterwards, Chelle revealed that four players caught his attention in the Lagos match, while three others stood out in the fixture at Ikenne. However, he refrained from disclosing their names, stating that he is still evaluating their performances.
The coach highlighted key attributes that impressed him, including passing accuracy, shooting ability, and physical endurance. He also noted the players’ mental strength, decision-making skills, and overall football intelligence.
Chelle was particularly pleased with Remo Stars’ tactical approach in their 2-0 victory over Kwara United on Thursday night, praising their positional play and team organisation.
