Victor Osimhen express himself over Nigeria win against Sierra Leone
Nigeria talisman, Victor Osimhen has reacted to the team’s 2-1 win over Sierra Leone in a 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier.
The game was played without fans at the MKO Abiola Stadium in Abuja, following the incident that happened in the World Cup qualifier against Ghana.
panetolikos forward Jonathan Morsay opened the scoring in the 11th minutes for the Leone Stars, before Alex Iwobi equalize in the 16th minutes for the super Eagles.
Napoli forward Victor Osimhen then netted an instinctive winner four minutes before the break.
In a tweet posted after the game, Osimhen hailed the team spirit and looked forward to the game against Sao Tomé and Principé.
“Good team spirit. Up next Sao Tome,” the Napoli striker wrote.
