Katsina State Police have apprehended a suspected fraudster, Bishir Abdullahi, 37, for allegedly specialising in swapping ATM cards at cash points. Police spokesperson ASP Abubakar Aliyu disclosed that Abdullahi was found in possession of 14 ATM cards belonging to different individuals. His arrest came after a police officer on duty noticed his suspicious behaviour near an ATM machine.
