Spanish FA president Luis Rubiales has spectacularly rebuffed calls for his resignation after he kissed midfielder Jenni Hermoso on the lips during the celebrations of Spain’s Women’s World Cup triumph. Football’s governing body, FIFA has begun disciplinary measures against Spanish FA President Luis Rubiales over conduct at Women’s World Cup medal ceremony. Rubiales was seen kissing forward Jenni Hermoso on the lips after La Roja triumphed against England.
