The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), has frown at the decision by the National Universities Commission to review 70 percent of the Core Curriculum Minimum Academic Standards. The union expressed its displeasures in a statement on Friday, where it described the reviewed curriculum as nightmarish. Newly published guidelines for the operation of telecommunications companies (telcos) in Nigeria to improve customers’ experience poses to deactivate inactive SIM cards. The Nigeria Communications Commission said the publication was in accordance with section 57 of the NCC act to allow stakeholders to make contributions to the policy.
