Super Sand Eagles Reinstated by NFF (Govima Sports Report)

In a remarkable turn of events, the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has officially reinstated the Nigeria Beach Soccer National Team, the Super Sand Eagles. (According to report from Nigerian Sport Journalist @Oganlamedia).

This announcement has sparked excitement and optimism among beach soccer enthusiasts across the country.

According to the information gathered by Govima Sports, the NFF has successfully registered the Super Sand Eagles for this year’s Beach Soccer Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifiers. The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has also confirmed the team’s registration, marking a significant milestone in the revival of Nigeria’s beach soccer scene.

This decision has been met with widespread praise, particularly for NFF President Alhaji Ibrahim Gusau, whose leadership is credited with this positive development. This move is seen as a testament to the relentless efforts and dedication of the Nigeria Beach Soccer League (NBSL). The NBSL has been instrumental in promoting and investing in beach soccer, creating numerous opportunities for players and coaches alike.

Looking ahead, there is anticipation that the NFF will soon appoint a technical crew for the Super Sand Eagles to ensure the team is well-prepared for the upcoming qualifiers. Adding to the excitement, next year’s FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup will be hosted in Seychelles, Africa, providing a grand stage for the Super Sand Eagles to showcase their talent.

As the new month begins, this news brings a wave of joy and enthusiasm to beach soccer fans across Nigeria. The return of the Super Sand Eagles promises to rekindle the excitement and fun associated with the sport, heralding a bright future for Nigerian beach soccer.
