In this updated process, applicants are now encouraged to directly submit their visa applications to the Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Nairobi during regular working hours.
To streamline the application process and ensure a smooth submission, interested individuals are advised to adhere to the following guidelines:
I. Online Application Submission: Applicants are required to accurately fill out the online application form through the Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Nairobi website in advance. The completed form should be downloaded, printed, and submitted along with other necessary materials during the application.
II. Processing Time and Fees: The visa processing time limit and fees will remain unchanged under the new application procedure.
III. Time Management: Considering the potential surge in applicants during specific time periods, it is recommended that applicants strategically plan their submission times to avoid peak hours.
IV. Priority for Pre-Appointed Individuals: Applicants who have already scheduled online appointments will receive priority in submitting their documents within the allocated time slot on the appointment date. This can be facilitated by presenting the confirmation page upon arrival.
