Nigerian comedian Emeka Erem, aka Ajebo, has suggested that music artists invest in building event venues rather than spending money on luxury cars.
In a post on his Instagram story, Ajebo noted that Eko Hotel is currently the only major event center in Nigeria where artists can perform. He proposed that artists team up to build a large-capacity event venue, suggesting a 20-50k capacity hall by 2025.
Ajebo argued that such an investment would allow artists to multiply their earnings by 100%. His advice comes after several top artists, including Wizkid and Davido, recently purchased expensive cars.
