Damilola Adeyemi, the girlfriend of Nigerian singer Portable, has announced the end of their relationship.
The breakup comes after Portable publicly insulted Damilola during a TikTok live session.
The incident occurred on Wednesday when Portable criticized Damilola for being online late at night. He accused her of engaging in “polygamy and prostitution.”
Portable’s exact words were: “What are you doing online at this time? Do you want to be practicing polygamy. Do I not tell you not to be coming online at this time? Are you a prostitute? What is a housewife doing online at this time? Are you a prostitute?”
Portable’s comments sparked outrage, and Damilola took to Instagram to express her frustration and humiliation. She stated that she was “done” with the relationship and would not tolerate the embarrassment anymore.
“I’m done. This is too much for me. I can’t take this embarrassment again,” Damilola wrote. “I’m gone for good. Go and eat your house.”
