Prof. Helen Paul, a Nigerian entertainer and educationist, Helen Paul Receives Georgia Citizen Award achieved another milestone in her illustrious career, receiving the prestigious Honorary Georgia Citizen Award in the United States.
This recognition is a testament to her outstanding contributions to education and entertainment.
The award certificate, issued by Brad Raffensperger, Secretary of State of Georgia, acknowledges Helen as a Goodwill Ambassador from Georgia, entitled to every courtesy in her travels within and outside the United States. A female Senator from Georgia presented the award, praising Helen for her dedication to education and her role as a professor and learning facilitator.
Helen, who recently completed training as a Substitute Teacher in Georgia, was described as an asset to the people of Georgia. The Senator commended Helen, saying, “Everybody is touched by a professor or someone who creates an atmosphere for learning. Thank you so much for being a public servant to a point that you pour out so much to educate people.”
Notably, Helen received the award shortly after joining the Nigerian delegation to observe the US presidential election won by Donald Trump. Prince Ero, the CEO of Waterlight Initiative, was also part of the team. As an ambassador of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Helen’s commitment to public service and education continues to earn her recognition and accolades.
