“I’m Losing My Mind” – Regina Daniels Cries Out Over Family Crisis

Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has sparked concern among fans after she broke down in tears in a video where she expressed deep frustration over her ongoing family challenges.

The actress said she is mentally and emotionally exhausted, admitting that she feels overwhelmed by the situation surrounding her family and her marriage. Her emotional outburst has drawn reactions across social media, with many expressing worry over her state of mind.

In a video shared on her Instagram story, Regina stated that she has reached her breaking point and can no longer cope with everything happening around her. She said, “I tried. I feel like I’m going crazy, I’m losing my mind, and it’s not making any sense. I’m really crying in front of everybody.” She revealed that the constant back and forth over her brother’s situation has left her drained, adding that she feels helpless despite her efforts.

Regina explained that her parents, who had been estranged, recently reconciled solely because of her and the crisis involving her brother. She wrote, “Two concluded sworn enemies reuniting with no negative ulterior motive other than their daughter’s happiness.” She disclosed that both parents are currently in Abuja working to secure the release of her brother, Sammy, who she said has been in detention for days. She insisted that she cannot sit back and do nothing about the situation.

Speaking further on the emotional burden, Regina hinted she might return to her husband despite her struggles. In tears, she said, “But I’ve tried. I have to go. I will go back.” She lamented that the situation seems impossible to win, saying, “We lost or rather I lost.” She added that the stress and uncertainty surrounding her brother’s detention are taking a toll on her well being.

In another post, Regina accused authorities of unfair treatment regarding her brother’s case. She wrote, “I give up! What was my brother’s offense? Fighting for his baby sister because his in-law would always beat her up? It’s obvious the highest bidder always wins. Now I’m crippled! I will return if that’s the only way.” She expressed fear that going back may expose her to more harm but said she feels she has no choice if it would secure her brother’s release.

Her latest emotional outburst comes weeks after a viral video surfaced showing her crying and alleging she faced domestic challenges in her marriage. The issue sparked reactions online, with many calling for her safety and well being. Regina has continued to plead with Nigerians not to attack her mother, describing her as her “pillar and protector,” while she works through the ongoing situation.
