Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has debunked the news making the rounds since yesterday about him stepping down in the Summer.

Arteta while on media duties ahead of his team’s EPL clash against Nottingham Forest on Tuesday night outrightly dismissed the untrue story.

When asked by Journalist at Arsenal’s London Colney That We heard you will be leaving at the end of the season.

Arteta replied:

“Who me? No. That’s totally fake news what you read yesterday. I don’t know where it’s coming from but it’s totally untrue. I’m really upset about it. I couldn’t believe it. He has no source. He’s got nothing.”

“I’m in the right place, I’m with the right people. I feel really good about it. As I said many times, I’m in a beautiful journey with this football club, these players, these staff and there’s still a lot to do.”

Mikel Arteta dismisses reports that he will leave Arsenal at the end of the season. Putting to bed the Gossip that sprung out from Spain following Xavi’s decision to step down from Barcelona in the summer.
