Department of State Services (DSS), operatives have reportedly arrested a high-ranking official of Ikoyi Prisons on the premises of the Federal High Court in Lagos State.
GOVIMA earlier reported that A scene of mild drama unfolded at the Federal High Court in Lagos as the Department of State Services (DSS), operatives and Nigeria Correctional Service officials engaged in a tussle over the custody of the suspended Central Bank of Nigeria Governor, Godwin Emefiele.
The arrest of the Ikoyi prison official may be linked to the ongoing tussle over who retains custody of the suspended Central Bank of Nigeria Governor, Godwin Emefiele.
The Ikoyi prison official, who was initially rough-handled and forced into the DSS vehicle, was eventually released by the secret service operatives.
