NNL Signs Five-Year Partnership Deal with ProStar.

The Nigeria National League (NNL) has entered into a five-year agreement with ProStar Sports International, a reputable sportswear manufacturing company, as their official partners. This landmark deal, announced at a well-attended ceremony at the Corporate Office of Enugu Rangers, the current leaders of Nigeria’s Premier Football League (NPFL), promises to enhance the league’s profile and operational standards.

ProStar, an offshoot of Zenith Sports and owners of Haggai Sports Products, will provide kit sponsorship and official match balls for the NNL. The agreement was unveiled by ProStar’s Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Paul Maduakor. He emphasized that the deal includes the provision of over four hundred Aeromax balls, designed to the highest standards, with each of the eight teams in the Super 8 receiving ten balls each.

Dr. Maduakor expressed his gratitude to the NNL for sealing the partnership and highlighted ProStar’s commitment to adding value to the league. He affirmed that his company would continue to support the NNL in becoming a more profitable and prestigious domestic football competition in Nigeria.

NNL Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Emmanuel Attah, also spoke at the ceremony, thanking Dr. Maduakor for choosing to collaborate with what he described as the most important league in Nigeria. He expressed confidence that the NNL would soon be widely recognized and appreciated across the country.

The signing ceremony was attended by several key figures, including NNL Chief Operating Officer Dr. Ayo Abdulrahaman, board members Hon. Yakubu Sarma, head of the NNL Disciplinary Committee, and Mallam Sani Mohammed. Other notable attendees included the CEO of Enugu Rangers, Barrister Amobi Ezeaku, Secretary of the Enugu State Football Association, Mr. Francis Ugwu, and ASP Igwe Kyrian, Security Chief of the Enugu State Football Association.

This partnership marks a significant step forward for the NNL, promising enhanced resources and greater visibility for Nigeria’s second-tier football league.
