NNPCL And Dangote Petroleum Refinery Pledge To Deepen Collaboration.
The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC Ltd.) and Dangote Petroleum Refinery & Petrochemicals (DPRP) have committed to strengthening their partnership to ensure Nigeria’s energy security and promote shared prosperity for Nigerians. This pledge was made during a courtesy visit by Aliko Dangote, President/Chief Executive of Dangote Group, to Bashir Bayo Ojulari, Group Chief Executive Officer of NNPC Ltd.
Dangote expressed his desire to collaborate with NNPC Ltd. to guarantee energy security for Nigeria, stating that the two organisations are not in competition but rather complement each other. “There is no competition between us. We are not here to compete with NNPC Ltd. NNPC is part and parcel of our business and we are also part of NNPC. This is an era of co-operation between the two organisations,” he said.
