Bala Nikyu has been appointed by Gombe United as their New Technical Adviser.
In a strategic move aimed at fortifying their coaching lineup, Gombe United has officially announced the appointment of Bala Nikyu, a seasoned veteran in Nigerian football management.
Nikyu brings a wealth of experience from his role as Technical Adviser for several prominent clubs in the Nigerian Professional Football League (NPFL), including Wikki Tourists, Katsina United, and Nasarawa United. His successful track record also includes a stint as the head coach of Niger Tornadoes.
The decision to bring Nikyu on board comes as Gombe United gears up for the crucial remaining NPFL fixtures, with the club’s focus on maintaining its standing in the league. The management believes that Nikyu’s leadership will provide the necessary guidance to navigate through upcoming challenges.
Abubakar Abubakar Yellow, the General Manager of Gombe United, expressed confidence in Nikyu’s capabilities, stating, “Nikyu is a highly experienced coach.
