Radisson Hotel Group, Accenture Reimagine The Future Of Hotel Discovery In The Age Of AI

The new Radisson Hotels app, powered by ChatGPT, is designed to help travelers seamlessly transition from planning their trips to discovering the perfect hotel options, checking live rates, and booking directly. This innovative approach is a key part of Radisson Hotel Group’s strategy to enhance agentic commerce.

BRUSSELS, Belgium — July 29, 2026 — Radisson Hotel Group has teamed up with Accenture to unveil the Radisson Hotels app in ChatGPT, an innovative AI-driven experience that allows travelers to easily discover, compare, and explore hotel options through natural conversation before making a booking directly with Radisson Hotels.

Accessible via @RadissonHotels in ChatGPT, this app empowers travelers to search through more than 1,000 Radisson Hotels properties across over 100 countries using simple conversational prompts. Whether you’re planning a family getaway in Amsterdam or hunting for a hotel near the Eiffel Tower that features a gym and spa, you’ll receive personalised recommendations complete with live rates, real-time availability, hotel amenities, location insights, and interactive map-based results—all before finalising your reservation on the Radisson Hotels website.

This launch marks a major milestone in Radisson Hotel Group’s agentic commerce strategy, showcasing the industry’s evolution from traditional search and booking methods to AI-driven, intent-focused customer journeys.

As more travelers turn to AI for researching destinations, comparing accommodation options, and making booking choices, the ability to deliver accurate, real-time, and personalised information directly within conversational AI is becoming a key competitive advantage.

Research in the industry highlights this change. A recent study by Accenture’s Consumer Pulse Research reveals that a whopping 87% of travelers are willing to team up with AI-driven travel assistants.

Plus, 71% anticipate that AI will play a role in at least half of their hotel and airline expenses in the coming year. Radisson Hotel Group is already witnessing a transformation in how travelers discover options, as AI-powered channels start to complement the usual direct and organic traffic.

“AI is really changing the game when it comes to how people find and book their travel, and we’re excited to be at the forefront of this shift,” shared Gianni Di Fede, Chief Commercial Officer of Radisson Hotel Group.
“In partnership with Accenture, we’re developing a fresh approach that allows travelers to connect with our brands right from the start of their journey, making it simpler to discover, compare, and book the perfect Radisson Hotels experience through natural conversation.”

The partnership came to life thanks to Accenture’s AI Merchant Center and its MCP accelerator, which helped Radisson Hotel Group fine-tune their hotel content, inventory, pricing, and booking signals for a more AI-friendly discovery process.

Building on this solid groundwork, Accenture collaborated with Radisson Hotel Group to create a conversational experience that seamlessly integrates with the Group’s current technology setup, providing real-time hotel information and making the journey from inspiration to booking a breeze.

Looking ahead, we can expect exciting enhancements like personalised recommendations, loyalty program recognition, in-chat booking options, reservation management, itinerary adjustments, and AI-driven concierge services.

“Agentic commerce is changing the game for how brands engage with their customers,” shared Ndidi Oteh, CEO of Accenture Song. “To succeed, it’s all about being discoverable, relevant, and genuinely helpful right when customers show their intent. Radisson Hotel Group is at the forefront of this shift, crafting conversational experiences that make planning travel easier and more intuitive.”

The ChatGPT app is a key part of Radisson Hotel Group’s larger digital transformation journey.

In collaboration with Accenture, the company has revamped its global digital and data systems, brought together various brands onto a single technology platform, and enhanced its capability to provide tailored guest experiences throughout its worldwide offerings.

“Travel planning is getting easier for consumers, but it’s becoming a tougher game for hospitality brands,” shared Emily Weiss, Senior Managing Director and Global Travel Lead at Accenture. “By utilising conversational AI to make hotel information readily available, Radisson Hotel Group is paving the way for a quicker, more engaging journey from inspiration to booking, all while empowering travelers to make confident, informed choices.”

This initiative also expands on Accenture’s strategic partnership with OpenAI, aimed at helping organisations implement practical, enterprise-level AI solutions that boost customer engagement, drive growth, and enhance operational efficiency.

As an OpenAI Elite Partner, Accenture was recently honoured as OpenAI’s AI Transformation Partner of the Year.

The Radisson Hotels app is a great example of how conversational AI is becoming the go-to gateway for travel exploration—linking travelers with trusted hospitality brands right when their intent shifts into action.

This also highlights Radisson Hotel Group’s dedication to innovation, direct engagement, and creating guest-focused digital experiences.
