The Nigeria Police Force has announced the apprehension of Ibrahim Abdullahi, alias Mandi, suspected to be the mastermind behind the heinous train attack that shook Abuja and Kaduna in March 2022.
The disclosure came from the Force Public Relations Officer, ACP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, during a press briefing held in Kaduna State on Thursday, May 2.
Furthermore, authorities revealed the discovery of 48 AK-47 rifles following Abdullahi’s capture, shedding light on the intensity of the investigation. Efforts are currently underway to ascertain his backers and trace the origins of the seized firearms.
