Ronaldo talks about their big win against Czech Republic
Portugal captain, Cristiano Ronaldo has reacted to his side’s UEFA Nations League 2-0 win over the Czech Republic on Thursday night.
Ronaldo said: “Portugal deserves where they are after beating the Czech Republic at the Estádio José Alvalade”.
The Portuguese forward took to his Instagram to react to their current position in their Nations League group, adding that Portugal are where they wanted, describing the victory over Czech as a big win.
Portugal defeated Czech Republic to sit on top of the group ahead of spain in the League. Thanks to goals from Joao Cancelo and Goncalo Guedes.
“Big win, team! We are where we want and deserve… #1! Thank you all for the support,” Ronaldo wrote on Instagram.
Portugal will now face Switzerland who recently lost to Spain on Sunday in their next game.
