Content creator Amadou Elizabeth Aminata popularly known as Jarvis has issued a 48 hour ultimatum to fellow influencer Hamzat Habeeb Adelaja popularly called Peller demanding that he withdraws his money laundering allegation against her or face legal action.
The warning followed a recent social media clash where Peller accused Jarvis of engaging in illicit financial dealings.
In a statement released by her management Aiso Entertainment the claims made by Peller during a live session were described as false malicious and capable of damaging her reputation. The management said the allegation was a calculated attempt to tarnish the public image Jarvis has built over the years. It added that the remarks had no factual basis.
The letter dated November 2 requested Peller to issue a public retraction and apology across the same platforms where the claims were made. According to the statement the apology must include an admission that the allegation was untrue an expression of remorse and a commitment to refrain from further defamatory comments. The management stressed that failure to comply would lead to immediate legal action.
Jarvis management noted that the influencer has maintained a clean record in her career and financial affairs. The statement read in part “Jarvis has never engaged in nor been linked to any illegal financial dealings and her brand has always been managed with transparency and integrity.” It emphasized that the allegation was damaging and unacceptable.
The controversy which erupted on social media drew widespread reactions with fans and brand partners expressing concern over the impact of the accusation. Jarvis who is popular for her creative content and fast growing influence reassured her supporters that she remains focused and will not be derailed by false claims. The management also appreciated fans for their continuous support during the incident.
Aiso Entertainment concluded by calling for responsible use of social media platforms urging influencers to avoid making unverified statements that can harm reputations. It stated that the incident would not affect Jarvis dedication to her craft and positive content. Supporters believe the issue should be resolved responsibly without escalating online tension.
