AFCON: Following the completion of group stage matches yesterday at the ongoing African Cup of Nations in Cote d’Ivoire, the fixtures for the knockout phase has been officially confirmed
AFCON 2023 group stage witnessed many categorized underdogs progressing while many house hold name crashed out Woefully.
Host nation, Cote d’Ivoire got surprisingly lucky has they completed the fourth third-place spot following the defeat of Zambia in the hands of Morocco in Group F.
It wasn’t a good outing so far for North African teams with the likes of former champions Algeria and Tunisia among the early exit. While West African side Ghana also crashed out for the second consecutive time.
