Heartland Receives Green Light to Host NPFL Matches at Dan Anyiam Stadium
Heartland FC has received provisional approval from the Nigeria Premier Football League to resume hosting their top-flight games at the Dan Anyiam Stadium in Owerri.
The league body had previously imposed a ban on using the Dan Anyiam Stadium due to concerns about the poor condition of the playing surface. However, following a thorough inspection conducted on Wednesday afternoon, the organisers have granted approval to the Naze Millionaires.
In light of this development, Heartland FC is set to host Shooting Stars Sports Club of Ibadan on Friday in a Matchday 31 fixture at the Dan Anyiam Stadium.
