The final, held in Bilbao, saw England international Lucy Bronze praise her team’s achievement, declaring, “We go down in history as one of the best teams in Europe.”
The match featured standout performances, including club captain Alexia Putellas, who scored minutes after being substituted in, securing the win in stoppage time. Aitana Bonmati had earlier given Barcelona the lead with a deflected strike, setting the stage for a memorable victory.
