Music star Timaya has shared a story about Grammy-winning singer Burna Boy’s confidence and determination.
According to Timaya, Burna Boy once ordered female colleagues Omawumi and Waje out of the studio for doubting his ambitions.
The incident occurred years ago when Burna Boy asserted that he would eventually be paid to board a private jet. Omawumi and Waje expressed doubt over Burna Boy’s comment, which angered him. Timaya recalled the incident in a recent interview with Naija FM, Lagos.
“He got angry and opened the studio door and asked them to leave,” Timaya said. He added that Burna Boy’s fearless attitude and determination to succeed do not surprise him, given his current success.
