Nigerian singer Davido and his wife, chef Chioma Adeleke, are basking in the joy of their one-month wedding anniversary.
Chioma took to social media to express her delight and surprise at how quickly time has flown by. “I can’t believe it’s been 1 month already. Still soaking it all in @davido 🥹💕💍 #chividomiami2025,” she wrote.
“You came into my life quietly and became the loudest and most beautiful part of it,” Davido had previously gushed about Chioma. The couple’s wedding was a grand affair held in Miami, attended by friends and millionaires from around the world. The ceremony was a celebration of love, culture, and commitment, with Davido calling it “one of the best days of our lives”.
The couple’s white wedding in Miami was a $3.7 million spectacle, featuring performances by D’Banj, Adekunle Gold, and American gospel star Kirk Franklin. Chioma stunned in an Alonuko bridal gown, while Davido wore a Tom Ford suit and later multiple outfit changes, including one with his personal diamond collection. Davido gifted Chioma a Richard Mille diamond-encrusted wristwatch worth over $300,000 as a heartfelt statement.
Davido reacted to Chioma’s anniversary post, saying “their wedding day was truly unforgettable”.
