The Goal keeper was Injured in Nigeria’s last encounter against Cameroon but has now been declared fit to face the Palancas Negra of Angola.

After having a personal training with the medics on Tuesday he went through a scan on Wednesday.

The scan result released yesterday evening indicated that no serious injury on Nwabali.
Nwabali is expected to return to goal on Friday when the Super Eagles face Angola in the quarter-final game. A positive boost for Jose Pesiero and the Super Eagles fans nationwide.

On the other hand, two player has been ruled out of the clash against Angola. According to the update from the team camp in Abidjan, the duo of Ahmed Musa and Bright Osayi-Samuel has been ruled out due to injury.
Samuel is reportedly nursing a knee injury while the skipper of the team Ahmed Musa is also out injured.

The Former Leicester City attacker is yet to feature for Super Eagles in Ivory Coast while Osayi-Samuel has played twice.

Meanwhile From the Camp Of Nigeria’s Opponent in Tomorrow’s Clash The Angola National Team, We Gathered a few information.

According to an Angola publication, Opais, the Angola national team, Palancas Negras has resorted to behind closed doors training in Abidjan to avoid spying by Nigerians.

The team arrived Abidjan earlier on Tuesday where they will be ‘hosted’ by the Super Eagles who so far had played all their matches in the Ivorian commercial capital city.

Opais reports that the technical team conducted the work behind closed doors so as not to allow potential Nigerian scouts to spy on the tactical system of Pedro Gonçalves.

Angola will however be without their first choice goalkeeper, Adilson Cipriano da Cruz, known simply as Neblú.

The goal keeper was dismissed in Angola’s Round of 16 duel with Namibia.

Neblu was sent off in their last encounter after being ajudged to have handled the ball outside his area.

Initially, he was to miss two matches, however that has now been reduced to one.
