Lewis Dunk grabbed a late equaliser as Brighton rescued a 2-2 draw with Liverpool following an absorbing match at the AMEX Stadium. The Merseysiders were looking to bounce back from their controversial first league loss of the campaign at Tottenham last week, but fell behind on 20 minutes when Simon Adingra caught out former Seagulls star Alexis Mac Allister before firing a clinical long-range shot beyond the out-of-position Alisson. The visitors struggled for large periods in the first 45 but turned it around with a double blast in five minutes prior to the break. Salah guided home his first on…

Christian Pulisic’s late strike at Genoa sent Milan top of the Serie A table, despite a crazy end to the match which saw both goalkeepers red-carded. The American striker controlled a cross from compatriot Yunus Musah on his right foot and then crashed home a left-footed volley leaving Josep Martinez with no chance. There was a lengthy check to judge whether the ball struck Pulisic’s bicep or right chest before he shot home, but without conclusive evidence, it appeared, eventually the goal was allowed to stand. That was only the start of the drama though, as seven minutes into injury…

Jude Bellingham Hits Double Figures across all competitions with his latest brace against Osasuna at the Santiago Bernabeu. In what bore no correlation to regular playing tempo – Madrid have conceded most goals (4) in the opening 15 minutes in the league this season – the hosts raced into an early lead. Bellingham capped off a slick passing sequence down Osasuna’s left flank, shifting Dani Carvajal’s first-time layoff onto his left boot before stuffing it into the roof of the net. The clearest chance fell to Ante Budimir on the cusp of half-time but Osasuna’s leading scorer lacked all the…
Scott McTominay scored an incredible stoppage-time brace as Manchester United came from behind to beat Brentford 2-1 in the Premier League at Old Trafford. A series of United errors had allowed Brentford to take a first-half lead as first Casemiro gave the ball away, Victor Lindelof failed to clear after Yoane Wissa drove into the box and Andre Onana should have saved Mathias Jensen’s shot – but didn’t, letting the ball squirm under his body. Brentford were good value for their lead and came agonisingly close to a first win at Old Trafford since 1937, but substitute McTominay had other…

Wilson Odobert scored after 15 minutes to put Burnley ahead, but an own goal from Ameen Al-Dakhil after 42 minutes meant the two sides went in level at half-time. New signing Cole Palmer put Chelsea ahead from the spot on 50 minutes, before his former Manchester City team-mate Raheem…

Micky van de Ven struck his first goal for the club as 10-man Tottenham won 1-0 at Luton Town to move two points clear at the top of the Premier League table. The Lilywhites flew out of the traps and could have been three up inside seven minutes, but Richarlison (twice) and Pedro Porro failed to make the most of big openings. Luton slowly weathered the ferocious storm and after Tom Lockyer had a goal chalked off for a foul in the build-up, the home team’s hopes were boosted on the stroke of half time when Yves Bissouma was shown…
