The federal government said yesterday that over N869 billion was needed to conduct the 2023 population and housing census. The Minister of State for Budget and National Planning, Clement Agba, who disclosed this at a high-level partner engagement in Abuja yesterday, said the federal government had provided 46 per cent of the budget.
