Former Arsenal star Cesc Fabregas has praised the club’s commitment in backing manager Mikel Arteta, emphasizing the importance of providing the right environment and resources for success in football.

Cesc Fabregas highlighted the pivotal role of Edu and the club’s owners in granting Arteta the time and tools needed to implement his vision.

He emphasized that when such support is in place, a cohesive structure, clear vision, and trust among stakeholders converge, leading to positive outcomes.

Expressing his satisfaction with Arsenal’s approach, Fabregas cited them as an exemplary case where patience, strategic planning, and investment in young talent have yielded results.

He noted that during Arteta’s initial years, other clubs might have opted for a change in leadership, but Arsenal stayed true to their plan, demonstrating resilience and foresight.

The Spanish midfielder lauded Arsenal’s progress, attributing their success to a well-defined strategy, consistent steps forward, and a focus on nurturing quality young players.

He pointed out that the club’s journey through challenges and triumphs in Arteta’s tenure serves as a model for how football should be managed effectively.

In his words, on the importance of Arsenal backing Mikel Arteta, the former Gunners Midfielder said: “It is all about Edu and the owners giving him the time and the right tools to prove himself

When this happens, the structure, the vision and the trust comes together and things happen. That is why I am happy.

“I always use them as an example, the first two years of Mikel, in any other club or someone else managing the situation could have just got rid of Mikel and said ‘we are moving to another direction’.

“But they had a clear plan, a clear process, they had the right steps, they invested in young quality players and now you get all the results of these ups and downs of the first two or three years.

“They are there, they have done really well and they are a proper example of how football should be done.

Fabregas’ remarks highlights the significance of stability, trust, and long-term planning in football management, highlighting Arsenal’s commitment to a sustainable and progressive approach under Arteta’s guidance.

His comments reflect a broader acknowledgment of the value of continuity and support in achieving success in the ever-evolving world of professional football.
