Uefa Reveals Golden Boot Winners and Player Of The Tournament At Just Concluded Euro 2024 In Germany
In a thrilling conclusion to Euro 2024, England captain Harry Kane and Spain midfielder Dani Olmo are among the six players who have shared the prestigious Golden Boot award. They are joined by Cody Gakpo of the Netherlands, Georges Mikautadze of Georgia, Jamal Musiala of Germany, and Ivan Schranz of Slovakia, all of whom scored three goals during the tournament.
Despite their impressive performances, neither Kane nor Olmo managed to find the back of the net in the final, resulting in a shared award. UEFA had already confirmed that if no player emerged as a clear winner in the final between England and Spain, the Golden Boot would be shared among the top scorers.
Spain’s Rodri was honoured as the Player of the Tournament for his outstanding contributions throughout the competition. Additionally, his teammate Lamine Yamal received the accolade of Young Player of the Tournament, recognising his exceptional talent and impact on the field.
