There have been milk products right from the time humans started experiencing innovation but there has been a milk brand whose products can never but stand out amongst others. It is the product from FrieslandCampina, the maker of Peak Milk and other diary products.

I have used few of their products and consciously followed up how they engage in social service, hence I make bold to say it is never surprising that they are more than just a global organization; they are a force committed to creating better nutrition for the world.

With a widespread presence in 30 countries and a dedicated team of 21,715 individuals, taking pride in supplying a diverse range of consumer and professional products that reach over 100 countries.

FrieslandCampina mission is not just about dairy; it’s about contributing to food safety and security, ensuring millions have access to nourishment. Their  DNA thrives on cooperation, forming alliances with governments, customers, and NGOs to collectively add value.

Through this collaborative sustainability, the company aims to set new standards for a dairy sector that provides better nutrition in harmony with nature on a global scale.

Spanning Over 3 decades of quality service, their success is deeply rooted in the behaviour of each team member. Integrity, respect, and transparency are the cornerstones of FrieslandCampina’s business dealings, forming the foundation of reputation and future success.

As employees, we act with the mindset of business owners, focusing on what truly matters, treating company resources as our own, and exercising prudence in costs.

Driven by our purpose of nourishing by nature, their priorities lies in delighting their customers and consumers, making them ‘commercially obsessed.’

Placing customers first in everything we do, enabling our commercial units to succeed, and acting with speed and decisiveness define our commitment to excellence.

To be successful and sustain success stories, they  understand the importance of earning and maintaining the trust of their stakeholders.

They uphold the values outlined in Compass, their code of conduct, which guides them in making sound decisions, especially in challenging situations. As the sum of our collective behaviours, the culture of our company is pivotal to our success and reputation.

At FrieslandCampina, the quest to provide quality service makes them shun excuses and embrace responsibility.

By adhering to Compass for good business conduct, every employee plays a crucial role in upholding their purpose and values. In moments of dilemma or uncertainty, they encourage open communication and discussion among colleagues to navigate the right path forward.

Together, we are a motivated force working towards a healthier, more nourished world.”
