In a speech delivered at a luncheon, Governor Ortom declared that the PDP G5 would once again throw its support behind the former Lagos governor for a second term in office as Nigeria’s President.
Ortom stated, “If we collaborate to ensure Bola Ahmed succeeds, there will be opportunities for others to contest the election in the future. Our leader, Nyesom Wike, has already declared that in 2027, we are endorsing President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.”
“We have no alternative because that is the sentiment shared by Nigerians. Even the previous administration, which faced significant challenges, was allowed to govern for eight years. So, why shouldn’t a seasoned administrator like President Bola Ahmed Tinubu have the chance to lead us for eight years?” he questioned.
