How To Make A Heavy Nutritious Breakfast In No Time

We all know that scene in the movie when the characters sit around the table for breakfast and one or all of them leave without eating a quarter of the meal.

The little voice inside your head might go “can never be me” and it would be right. Fictional characters sometimes don’t appreciate the most important meal of the day.

But the other side is also true. Making breakfast, let alone eating it, can be hard with busy schedules, scheduled activities, and poor health habits. The thought of making that movie scene-worthy breakfast can be overwhelming but it is doable.

You deserve a breakfast that consists of more than oily samosas and leftover snacks. Here are some tips to help you get that.

Do it on days you can

A nutritious breakfast is the most important meal of the day but it is not realistic to think everyone can have it every day. However, having a proper one on some days is better than not having it at all. Choose the days you can make a sumptuous meal and have it then. That way it feels less like a chore and you may afford it.

Buy foodstuffs in the evening

Take your time buying the foodstuffs. Go grocery shopping in the evening or afternoon and take your time picking out your ingredients. This relaxed pace can help you find good prices, get creative with what you want to make, and also give you time to check out any nutritious red flags you may have missed on certain products if you were in a hurry.

Make lunch too

Prepare lunch alongside your breakfast. You don’t have to cook, but you can easily come up with lunch and dinner ideas when the ball is already rolling. It also saves you time and resources when figuring out what to eat later. Going by what you have for breakfast, you could tailor your lunch and dinner to get a more balanced diet on given days.

Invite a friend over

Make breakfast when you have a friend come for a sleepover. Having company may force you to make something since you don’t want to starve your guest. They could also help you make it over some conversation.

Consider a different recipe for each day

Have a different recipe for each time you make breakfast. You can have a rotating recipe or have a different one every time. Just make sure you don’t eat one type of meal consecutively or for too long otherwise, you may be discouraged from eating by your bored palate.
