Olugbile, MCPN, FNCS, as its Digital Economy Coordinator.

He is the Chief Executive Officer of Araba Technologies Ltd, a seasoned digital solutions firm, and is widely respected as a Chartered IT Professional and Fellow of the Nigeria Computer Society (FNCS).
Beyond the private sector, his credentials include participation in high-level global digital governance initiatives, notably his involvement with the United Nations Secretary-General’s Global Multi-Stakeholder Advisory Group on Internet Governance, where he contributed to shaping international discourse on digital inclusion, internet policy, and technology regulation.
