End-of-Year Break Before Official Duties

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu left Lagos on Sunday, December 28, for Europe, continuing his end-of-year break. The trip comes ahead of his official visit to Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, where he will participate in a major global event.

Invited to Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week 2026

His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, extended a personal invitation to President Bola Tinubu to attend the 2026 edition of the Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week (ADSW 2026), Summit.

The summit, scheduled for early January, is a key gathering for leaders from government, business, and civil society to shape the future of sustainable development worldwide.

ADSW 2026, themed “The Nexus of Next: All Systems Go”, is a weeklong event that connects ambition with action. Return to Nigeria
