Six Food To Stop Bloating Of The Stomach

Bloating of the stomach is often experienced by many people and it involves an uncomfortable feeling of pressure, tightness and  a feeling of fullness in your belly.

This feeling can either be severe pain or a mild discomfort of the stomach and sometimes the experience could be  followed by a visibly swollen stomach. However, this pain can stop, but some people constantly have it coming back.  A plausible cause for this is digestive problems  and hormonal imbalance leading up to the repeated bloating. If this persists, seek medical care to determine the cause but before that here are six foods to relieve that bloated stomach.

Eggs 

Eggs can do the trick of deflating a bloated stomach, being rich in are helps to curb that bloat. How do you enjoy your eggs? Scrambled or boiled, whichever way that still works.

Oranges 

This citrus treat is high in water and fibre which keeps you hydrated and in turn, this reduces that bloat from occurring. Taking in water from fruit contributes to hydration and helps to reduce bloating.





Yoghurt

Do you love yoghurt? Because if you do this can come in handy when looking for easy ways to stop bloating. The probiotics which are nourishing, do other jobs like the pre-digest of some of the sugars in the milk, therefore, making it easier. 

Ginger

The power of ginger can not be overrated because is known as one of many it does a great job in reducing gas in the digestive system, bringing relief to bloating problems. You can boil the ginger as a tea if you can not afford to chew the ginger. Another way to incorporate ginger is to add it to your meal as a spice and as a precautionary step against bloating.

Almonds

Almond nuts immensely contribute to having a healthy digestive tract. This can be tossed into cereals and salads to easily enjoy the nutty taste of almonds, or it can simply be nibbled on as a snack. 

Mint Leaves

Mint leaves and peppermint have properties that help eliminate the bloated feeling. It can be brewed as a tea for relief.
