Nigerian singer Young John has expressed his disappointment at being excluded from conversations about the best musicians in the country.
According to Young John, he is often overlooked because he started his career as a producer before becoming a singer. He took to his X handle to express his feelings, saying, “I see how you all leave me out of conversations prolly cos I started out as a producer. Continue! Time will tell!”
Young John gained prominence as a producer for YBNL Nation, working with artists like Lil Kesh and Olamide. He later launched his singing career under Chocolate City and has since released several hit songs, including “Dada”, “Xtra Cool”, “Big Big Things”, “Bahamas”, and “Stronger”.
