APC North-West Endorses Tinubu For 2027, Hails Leadership And Reforms.

The North-West zone of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has unanimously endorsed President Bola Tinubu for the 2027 presidential election, passing a resounding vote of confidence in his leadership. The decision was announced following a high-profile stakeholders’ meeting held in Kaduna on Saturday, attended by key political figures from the region.

The gathering brought together all North-West governors, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, the Deputy Senate President, and former governors, alongside the APC National Chairman, state chapter chairmen, federal and state legislators, ministers, heads of federal agencies, and senior political appointees. The meeting underscored the zone’s unwavering loyalty to the APC and its commitment to supporting President Tinubu’s vision for Nigeria.

In a communiqué read by Senator Uba Sani, the APC North-West Coordinating Governor, the zone praised Tinubu’s “purposeful leadership, bold reforms, and unwavering commitment to Nigeria’s progress.” The statement highlighted significant improvements in security across the North-West, noting that farmers have returned to their fields and communities are experiencing restored peace and stability under Tinubu’s administration.

“We thank and commend President Bola Tinubu for delivering prosperity, equity, and lasting change for all Nigerians, particularly in the North-West,” Senator Sani said.

The communiqué also celebrated the region’s unprecedented federal representation, with 12 ministers, key National Assembly positions, and top security appointments, which the stakeholders described as a testament to Tinubu’s commitment to inclusiveness. Major infrastructure projects, either completed or in progress, were cited as evidence of a “new era of development” in the North-West.

The stakeholders further noted the growing strength, unity, and national appeal of the APC, attributing this to the widespread appreciation of President Tinubu and the party’s governors among Nigerians.

The endorsement signals strong regional support for Tinubu’s continued leadership, as the APC positions itself for the 2027 general elections with a message of progress and unity.
