Former Manchester City striker Mario Balotelli is “in good health” after being involved in a car accident, say his Turkish club Adana Demirspor. The Appeal Court will today deliver judgment on an appeal brought by the governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ogun State, Ladi Adebutu, against the election of Governor Dapo Abioudn of the All Progressives Congress (APC). Minister of the Federal Capital Territory Nyesom Wike has expressed the desire of the FCT Administration to collaborate with the governments of Cuba and Mexico in the areas of health, agriculture, and tourism. The Kogi State Government has ordered the freezing of all state and local government accounts with immediate effect. A statement signed by the Commissioner for Finance, Asiwaju Asiru Idris said no imprest or any form of payment should be made to anyone from government accounts henceforth. According to the statement, “All Standing Orders and Investment Instructions are hereby Cancelled forthwith. “All Kogi State and Local Government Accounts are hereby frozen with effect from today, Thursday 22nd November 2003.”
