Enyimba Strengthen Squad with Three New Signings Ahead of NPFL 2024/25 Season.
Enyimba International Football Club has bolstered its ranks with the acquisition of three new players in preparation for the 2024/25 Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) season. The club, widely known as the People’s Elephant, has confirmed the signing of Moses Adukwu, Anita Chigozie, and Asibe Nathaniel.
These players have joined the Aba-based giants from various clubs across the league. Moses Adukwu arrives from Plateau United, Anita Chigozie from Sporting Lagos, and Asibe Nathaniel from Coal City FC. This recruitment drive comes in response to the departure of several key players at the end of the previous season, as Enyimba looks to reinforce its squad with fresh talent.
The nine-time NPFL champions are also under new management, having recently appointed Olanrewaju Yemi as their substantive head coach. Enyimba is aiming to improve on their third-place finish in the NPFL last season as they prepare for another challenging campaign.
With these new additions, the club hopes to reclaim the league title and continue their legacy as one of Nigeria’s most successful football teams.
