The talented artist’s 2023 partnership with Dapper Music propelled him to stardom, yielding chart-topping singles and critically acclaimed projects like “Planet Pluto” and “Presido La Pluto”.
Shallipopi recently unveiled his own label, Plutomania Records, signing Zerry DL and Tega Boi. His latest release, “Order,” featuring Olamide, was a collaborative effort between Plutomania Records and Dapper Music.
This potential split echoes Seyi Vibez’s recent exit from Dapper Music. If confirmed, Shallipopi’s departure would significantly impact Dapper Music, a driving force behind Nigerian street music.
Notably, Dapper Music ranked second in TurnTable Charts’ Q1-Q3 2024 market share report, boasting an impressive 7.97% share.
