The appointment was confirmed in a statement on Friday by presidential spokesperson, Ajuri Ngelale. Two persons have been reported killed and four others injured as a boat capsized in Isawo community, Ikorodu area of Lagos State. The acting Inspector General of Police, IGP, Olukayode Egbetokun, has directed medical personnel across the country to treat gunshot victims without asking for Police report. Egbetokun issued the directive while urging health workers to sensitize Nigerians about the issue.
